How long does a typical project take?
Most projects take 6–10 weeks from start to finish, depending on the scope, your team’s availability, and data accessibility. I’ll work with you to create a timeline that respects your capacity and meets your needs.
What’s included in the project cost?
Typical projects include an evaluation plan, qualitative and/or quantitative data collection and analysis, a branded final report, and practical recommendations for improvement. You'll walk away with tools you can use right away—and that funders love to see.
We don’t have good data—can we still do this?
Yes! Many nonprofits come to me without strong data systems in place. I’ll help you collect the information you need, using methods that are realistic and appropriate for your size and staff capacity.
Do you offer ongoing support after the project ends?
